Elevating Excellence: Our Commitment to Continuous Learning and Team Support
At OMT of Nashville, continuing education is extremely important to every single member of our team. W.B. Yeats once said, “Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire," and we embody this philosophy—while keeping the fire extinguishers handy! Our weekly roundtable and annual weekend workshops allow us to deliver the highest quality of service to our clients while cultivating a strong and supportive environment for all our team members. In addition to our weekly team meetings, we also dedicate many hours every year to formal continuing education to stay sharp and current in our field.
